Been in SCC for 3 weeks and like wking there. Everyone is like a big family, helpful, friendly and easy going expect 1 or 2. This year is my 1st year enjoying F1 while i was wking with the fantastic views in pandang area. Hearding the sound alone was fascinating and exciting. Didn't get a chance to go over to Amber Lounge where my ex-coll are :(

The next function that is coming up is Rugby 7s which is another big event which is much more worst than F1. On my 1st day to wk, my boss given me personal orentation since the HR are not doing anything. I am greatful to him for all the informations that he has given me and the high expectation he has for me. He bring me to Dempsey Field (Old Tanglin Field) to have a look and planning for changes over there. Getting our self prepare for catering service for next year as Pandang field will be use for National Day from next year on. He has the intention of putting me overall incharge of future events in Pandang field and Dempsey field in future catering operation. It means I have alot of contact with my assistant bar manager Chris in future.

To what I realised the whole of F&B Management Team are all new except for my area The Oval whom K.C have been there for 20 over years and Banyi who has been promoted, both of them are my close wking coll in Oval. In Oval we have a new RM Aru. In Pandang there is Raju Matire'D, Wilson & Jeremy Assistant Matire'D. In Main Lounge, we have Angeline Main Lounge Manager. Last but not least in Bar Operation we have Harry Bar Manager & Chris Assistant Bar Manager. All these coll that I have mentioned are less than a year in SCC but we wk like a family :) Our darling xiao mei, Evelyn who is the F&B Exe to Michael our Boss are too like a family in wk.

Working in so many hotels and restaurant, this is my 1st experience in club and it is so much diff in every aspects. No politics, everyone like a family, managers having our meal together after busy lunch operation, etc.

Min 3 years is what I normally given myself to stay in a new environment. Mayb I might stay longer. My longest service so far is 6 years in CONRAD and 7 years in n out of my favourite place NEW OTANI. New work, new environment, new coll, new challenges and new expectation. Who know maybe a new relation will be coming but i dun think so la? Hahaha....
